The Native Howl have released a new video for the song “Harvester of Constant Sorrow”. The band has also announced tour dates this summer that begin today in Burlington, VT at Higher Ground (dates below).

The idea for the song came from vocalist, guitarist, Alex Holycross who stated:

Berwanger releases music video for new single “When I Was Young”

Kansas City’s Berwanger (Josh Berwanger of Radar State, The Only Children, The Anniversary) is debuting a new song and music video of his just-announced new full-length “Watching A Garden Die”, out June 28th, 2019, on Wiretap Records.

Watch the video for “When I Was Young” below.

The track also features Jay Russell and Casey James Prestwood of Hot Rod Circuit on bass and pedal steel, respectively.

Koch Marshall Trio to release debut album “Toby Arrives” on February 23rd 2018

The Koch-Marshall Trio are American guitarist Greg Koch, his son Dylan Koch on drums and Hammond B3 specialist Toby Lee Marshall.

The trio's debut album “Toby Arrives” will be released on MLG's new imprint The Players Club on February 23rd, 2018.

At the heart of this organ trio is a blues sensibility - but Koch's compositions are an amalgam of rock, funk, jazz and country served up with heavy grooves and dynamic improvisations delivered with no small dose of humor and occasional wild abandon.

The Decoys - In Our Blood

The Decoys are a band that was originally formed to support guitarist and vocalist Matt Stanley’s solo EP “The Life & Times” in 2008, but ended up turning into a rock n roll power trio. Featuring Matt Stanley on guitar/vocals, Sean Poissant on drums and Sean Schneider on bass, their influences are drawn from 70s classic rock and beyond… with a variety of elements from punk, folk, country and even alternative that make them a little more deviant than your average three piece.

Eric Bell - Exile

Eric Bell is best known as a founding member and the original guitarist of the rock group Thin Lizzy, but also a member of the Noel Redding Band (Hendrix’s bassist) and a solo artist, with this one being like his overall ninth release (incl. some live and an EP).

The Decoys announces Canadian Tour 2016

What originally formed as a band to support guitarist and vocalist Matt Stanley's solo EP “The Life & Times” in 2008, has developed into a three piece of good old rock n roll fun known as The Decoys. Comprised of Matt Stanley on guitar/vocals, Sean Poissant on drums and Sean Schneider on bass, the Kamloops, BC based band deliver raw and honest tunes influenced by the spirit of artists like Neil Young, Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers and Led Zeppelin.

Todd Grubbs - As the Worm Turns

Todd Grubbs is a Tampa based virtuoso guitarist that some may know from his solo instrumental efforts, who now comes through with a “vocal” album which still contains a few extended instrumental sections for good measure.

“As the Worm Turns” is more song oriented, but Todd cannot seem to avoid some fireworks, cracking here and there, making the overall style a little idiosyncratic and not entirely unlike John 5’s sort of “weird” without many parallels in the performances however.

The Southern Companion announces new album “1000 Days of Rain” - due out on March 18th 2016 & support slot for Lulu

Although The Southern Companion is a new name to most people, the band's collective CV is long and varied. Their sound carries with it the weight of extensive touring and studio experience gained through years as session players for a wide range of artists such as Rumer, Lana Del Ray, James Morrison, Lulu, Pete Townsend (The Who) and Jon Allen.
