Sidious announces new line-up

UK's blackened death metal horde Sidious have announced the identity of the drummer who joined the band under a veil of secrecy earlier this year when the band began work on their debut full-length. The mysterious skinsman has been revealed as Krhudd, the mastermind and sole member of Colosus, who released its digital-only debut, "Blastem", last year on Kaotoxin Records. Other roster shifts have seen guitarist Isfeth take over vocal duties after the departure of vocalist Tom "Void" Allen

Desecration - Cemetery Sickness ον June 26th 2014

UK death metal veterans Desecration have today revealed details for their forthcoming new album. The new album, entitled “Cemetery Sickness”, will be released on 26th June 2014 via Metal Age Productions.

Comments vocalist/guitarist Ollie Jones: “There is no particular theme to this album but several of the songs are set in the graveyard. We've tried to hit the gore and perversion extremities that we’ve touched on from the start of the bands career but now we are playing better than ever”.

Deep In Hate - Chronicles of Oblivion on June 3rd 2014

Kaotoxin records is proud to announce the inking of a multi-album deal with French Deathcore masters Deep In Hate.

Born in 2004 and having released two full-lengths before signing to Kaotoxin, Deep In Hate, who features Nicolas Basto (ex-Aborted, L'Esprit du Clan) on drums, evolved from a technical Deathcore outfit to a much more personal brand of melodic and catchy, yet still technical, brand of Deathcore. The band's focus is on writing catchy tunes and developing an oppressive atmosphere by blending dark melodic hooks with technical leads and wall-crushing breakdowns in a very dark, suffocating and yet utterly efficient way.

Sabbatory - Endless Asphyxiating Gloom on May 27th 2014

On May 27th 2014, Unspeakable Axe Records will release “Endless Asphyxiating Gloom”, the debut from Canadian death metal outfit Sabbatory

Their band name may evoke Sabbat and their album title the Dutch masters Asphyx, but Winnipeg's Sabbatory really hew closer to two twin poles of ancient extremity: Teutonic death metal (Morgoth in particular) and the mighty Celtic Frost. Somewhere in the dark territory between lies “Endless Asphyxiating Gloom”.

Sidious announces Darkness Across UK Tour 2014

Blackened death metal horde Sidious (featuring Eye of Solitude members) will embark on a four days trip across the UK in July alongside The Infernal Sea, Ethereal and Scutum Crux in support of their critically acclaimed "Ascension to the Throne Ov Self" debut EP released on May 2013 by Kaotoxin Records.

The band is currently busy working on their debut full-length which will be, like their EP, produced by Russ Russell (Dimmu Borgir, Napalm Death, etc.) and released later this year.

Entrapment - Lamentations of the Flesh out in May 2014

The album will be released in May 2014 through Soulseller Records.

Slave Zero - Disambiguated Visionary EP on November 10th 2013

Slave Zero are back with new EP “Disambiguated Visionary”. What can we expect from the fifth offering from the Dublin four-piece and follow-up to 2009’s “Exempt from all Tolerance?” “Heavy, Unrelenting and Unpredictable”, says vocalist Graeme V. Flynn.

Focusing on more progressive and death metal elements than its predecessors, “Disambiguated Visionary” is intended to “provoke thought and question the confines of what we see and perceive as humans alluding to our insignificance as qualified through scientific theories”.
