Syberia launches live video for new single “Seeds of Change”

Syberia craft intricate and involving instrumental rock opuses, and they have never sounded more assured than on “Seeds of Change”. Tombstones In Their Eyes to release new studio album “Maybe Someday” on November 15th 2019

Los Angeles’ indie psych rock outfit Tombstones In Their Eyes present the 2-track single “Open Skies”, previewing their new album “Maybe Someday”.

The b-side is an alternative version of “Dreams”, the final track off the new long-play. Tombstones create walls of sound that are simultaneously sonorous and hazy. These are cavernous, stoner lullabies that descend into post-rock soundscapes and are wrapped in dark shoegazing dreamscapes.

Sebastian Straw to release debut solo album “Welcome Yesterday” on October 18th 2019

Straddling the fine line between indie rock and Britpop, Sebastian Straw presents his new single “My Friend”, a catchy song that foreshadows the album “Welcome Yesterday”, to be released in mid-October via Seahorse Recordings.

His lyrics are both emotional and serious. “My Friend” tells the story of a  dear and trusted comrade - both humble and  stubborn, vying to face his  difficulties alone, silently declining any help from his friends.

Taking things from the start, the opening act, The Price, gave a good performance, but only for a limited crowd (supposedly due to the early opening on a weekday). Their mixture of alternative-meets-nu metal-meets-post grunge proved quite interesting, testifying for a band with talent. We might hear more from them in the future.
