Inter Arma to release new studio album “Sulphur English” on April 12th 2019

Richmond’s Inter Arma, reigning masters of the slow build, continue to trace a distinctly ambitious trajectory through modern metal.

Today, the band announces their 4th full-length offering “Sulphur English”, coming on April 12th, 2019, and share the first single entitled “Citadel”.

Inter Arma announces May/June 2018 US Headlining Tour

Richmond’s Inter Arma announce US headlining tour dates with Earthling and Bruce Lamont.

The tour begins May 31 and ends June 9 including performances at Doomed and Stoned Festival & Raleigh Deathfest.

The band continues to support 2016’s highly praised “Paradise Gallows” full-length album. A full list of confirmed tour dates is available below.

Pinkish Black announces new 2016 US Tour Dates with Ghost & Chelsea Wolfe

Experimental post-punk duo Pinkish Black have announced a new run of US tour dates supporting drone/experimental songwriter Chelsea Wolfe (in Texas) and heavy metal occultists Ghost (for two weeks this May). The dates will see the band performing throughout the South and Midwest, and will kick off on May 8th, 2016. A full itinerary can be found below.

Following a fall tour with Relapse labelmates and synth legends Zombi, Pinkish Black continue to tour in support of their third full-length album, “Bottom of the Morning, which was released via Relapse Records last October to widespread critical acclaim.

Demonical & October Tide announce European Tour 2016

Swedish death metal battalion Demonical has joined forces with fellow countrymen, label-mates and melodic doom/death metal masters in one, October Tide, for a tour of Europe starting in September 2016.

October Tide preview new track & talk about the new album - due out in early 2016

Swedish melodic Doom/Death metallers, October Tide, have released an in-studio video, featuring a preview of a new song, along with a comment from the band's vocalist, Alexander Högbom. The video can be watched below.

October Tide's new album, successor to “Tunnel of No Light” (2013), is expected to be released in early 2016 via the band's new label home, Agonia Records. Cover artwork, track-list and other vital details will be revealed soon.

A: Thanks!
You did originally cut a couple of demos in the late 80s/early 90s, which were later released to great acclaim. But then disbanded when your bassist joined Tiamat. Did you try to go on at that point or just “shut down” the project completely.
A: Well as soon Johnny Hagel joined Tiamat, it was when Sorcerer disbanded.
How did the reunion come around?

October Tide signs with Agonia Records

Swedish melodic Doom/Death metallers, October Tide, have inked a record deal with Agonia Records. The band's as-yet-untitled new album, successor to “Tunnel of No Light” (2013), is currently at the pre-production stage and is expected to be released in early 2016.

Formed in 1995 by Katatonia members, Jonas Renkse and Fred Norrman, October Tide spawned two, now-cult releases: “Rain Without End” (1997) and “Grey Dawn” (1999), before going on hiatus for over 11 years.
