In anticipation of their new studio album “Garden of Storms” - which is due for release on October 4th, 2019, via Agonia Records - Sweden’s melodic, progressive death/doom metal masters In Mourning, premiere the first single titled “Black Storm”.

Mortiferum to release debut full-length album “Disgorged from Psychotic Depths” on October 11th 2019

Pacific Northwest death/doom metal abomination Mortiferum declares the impending arrival of their anxiously awaited debut LP, “Disgorged from Psychotic Depths”, the album now confirmed for release through Profound Lore in October. The artwork and other details including the first single, “Archaic Vision of Despair”, have been issued. East Coast tour plans are also in the works for the months ahead.
 

Aephanemer sign worldwide with Napalm Records

Toulouse-based Melodic Death Metal unit Aephanemer, who burst into the Metal scene in 2014, have signed a worldwide record deal with Napalm Records. With their debut EP “Know Thyself”, followed by the first and critically acclaimed full-length “Memento Mori” in 2016, the band quickly began to grow a loyal fanbase and already left their big stamp in the current extreme Metal scene and beyond.

Shadecrown release lyric video for new single “Rain’s Edge”

Finnish melodic death/doom band Shadecrown released a second single “Rain’s Edge”, which is taken from the upcoming second album “Riven”. The album will be released later in 2019 by Inverse Records and it is mixed and mastered by keyboardist & songwriter Saku Tammelin at Painwood Studio, Viitasaari, Finland.

October Tide announces Fall 2019 European Tour with Swallow The Sun

Sweden’s melodic death/doom metallers October Tide, who recently released their new studio album “In Splendor Below”, will hit the road as direct support to Swallow The Sun this fall.

The band’s European tour will commence on October 31st and run through November 17th. In July, prior to the tour, October Tide will perform at Exit Festival in Serbia, Metaldays Festival in Slovenia and Peace & Love Festival in Sweden, among other festivals.
