Nightfell to release new studio album “A Sanity Deranged” on September 13th 2019

20 Buck Spin presents “A Sanity Deranged”, the monolithic third album from Portland, Oregon’s Nightfell. Offering the first new material since 2015’s highly regarded “Darkness Evermore” LP, “A Sanity Deranged” delivers the band's most crucial and damaging music to date. Alongside the cover art and track listing, the advance lead single “The Swallowing of Flies” has been posted for streaming.
 

SednA to release new studio album “The Man Behind the Sun” on September 13th 2019

Spikerot Records are thrilled to announce the release of SednA’s upcoming album “The Man Behind the Sun”, a 33-minute-long sonic opus delving deep into the hazes of Black Metal, Post Rock and Doom. Orm to release new studio album “Ir” on August 30th 2019

The Danish black metal ensemble Orm now announces its second album which has been given the title “Ir” and set for a release on August 30th, 2019. With the announcement, an album trailer including artwork and the first album sounds is released, and the band also reveals three Danish shows, amongst those a release show in Copenhagen.

Unburnt to release new EP “Arcane Evolution” on August 16th 2019

Canadian blackened death metal project Unburnt is proud to announce the upcoming August 16th, 2019, release of their four-song EP, “Arcane Evolution”. It is the follow up to the group’s 2016 debut single, “Harnessing Black Flame”. The ominous cover art for “Arcane Evolution” was handled by renowned visual artist Mikio Murakami from Silent Q Design who has worked for acts such as Starkweather, Blood of Christ, Samskaras, Derelict, and Fractal Cypher.

Today Wormwood invites you back 152 years in time. To this very day, on the first of June, 1867. To a year when the summer never came to Sweden. A devastating famine ravaged throughout the country. The scars from the starvation and the failed crops can be seen til these days out in the isolated provinces.
 
“The Isolationist” is song about solitude. About a man who refuses to leave his home deep in the forest. His old wife dies, yet there he remains and withers away into obscurity.
 

Finsterforst to release new studio album “Zerfall” on August 2nd 2019
