I remember the way promotion used to be made by all the labels about 12 years ago. They had several promo CD copies that they shared with magazines & webzines around the globe. Certainly this...

Ghost now renamed into Ghost BC, but essentially the same “spirit” even if their emeritus Pope, was upgraded to the second incarnation, continue their “trip” into goat knows what?! What is it that they set out to do in the first place anyway?! A relatively unknown bunch of hooded and masked fellas, led by a guy donning some Papal regalia, was surely going to raise a few eyebrows and cause a bit of public outcry, but I suppose with all the recent re-occurring scandals of  the Catholic church rearing their ugly head once more, the timing wasn’t too right for a “Blasphemous-Charlatans hunt” hence them specters got off the hook, rather easily…

After four years of playing shows and gaining fans in the Bay Area and beyond, San Francisco band Biv and the Mnemonics is proud to release their 2nd full-length album, "The Pace", on April 16th, 2013. The band, formerly known as Roy G Biv & The Mnemonic Devices, has produced a ten-track collection of quality songs and energetic harmonies evocative of the great folk-tinged rock of the past, while providing their own unique energy that can't be resisted. "The Pace" is an exciting and imminently listenable album; it's warm, full of catchy melodies and hooks, and brimming with well-thought-out harmonies and eclectic instrumentation.

None was prepared for a new David Bowie album. When he announced a new studio album & released the single “Where are We Now?”, in his 66th birthday, every single fan was thrilled. After all, this was meant to be David’s studio comeback after 10 years.

One of the most respected progressive rock bands ever to emerge from Switzerland, Zenit, have released their third album "The Chandrasekhar Limit" on Galileo Records on January 28, 2013. Possibly the most ambitious release of 2013, right from the beginning of Zenit's new 69-minute masterpiece, Andy Thommen (formerly Clepsydra), affixes a seal with his distinctive bass playing on the first song (“Awaken”). Later, with the start of the guitar, you will somewhat be reminded of the Clepsydra sound: awesome guitar-bass team play! Here is the beginning of what to expect from this brilliant album – quality!

It Bites had an immensely successful 2012, a year that included the release of their critically acclaimed album "Map Of The Past", two brilliantly received UK tours and a fantastic sold-out London show at the Scala as well as Radio 2 play from the likes of Dermot O'Leary and Alex Lester.

Never ones to rest on their laurels though, the band have just revealed they will be main support to FM on their upcoming UK tour in March, the dates of which you can find below.

Founding member Bob Dalton had this to say about the tour:
Guitar virtuoso Dave Kilminster, in the midst of his recently released critically acclaimed solo CD titled "Scarlet – The Director's Cut", on December 12, 2012 performed with Roger Waters in front of over two billion viewers at the 12-12-12 benefit concert at Madison Square Garden in NYC. The largest gathering of legendary British and American rock stars in recent history, the benefit for Hurricane Sandy was by all accounts a huge success. Unquestionably, Roger Waters set was one of the highlights of the concert, featuring Dave Kilminster's impressive guitar prowess.

It is with immense sadness that we have to let you know our great friend of many years and fellow musician Huw Lloyd Langton passed away peacefully last night (12/07/2012).

Huw had been bravely fighting cancer for a couple of years, but was determined not to let the battle affect his day to day life. He continued to play his guitar, laugh, joke and share the great love he had in his heart, with all who knew him.

When I first heard that Galahad are about to release two albums in a 5 month period and of course in the same year, I was a bit skeptical of how they could keep it up at the same music level with each one of the works. After I had listened to “Battle Scars”, which is an exceptional album… I was more wary of how they could beat it… or at least reach it.

Hi Mehran. I’m glad we have the chance to talk for your new album “Subrerranea”. It is really an original and state-of-the-art work.

M: Thanks very much and I appreciate the chance to get to talk to you about my new work.

Firstly, do tell us how you decided to form this project. When did it all start?

Hi Robert… I’m sure you feel fine this time period, since the band seems to be in great shape in every part, right?
