Tool - Fear Inoculum

When people were making jokes about Guns and Roses taking forever to release the much fabled “Chinese Democracy” they didn’t know that Tool would also take some thirteen years to follow up “10.000 Days” with a new album, not that this band has been known for their rapid-fire output, having won the luxury of releasing albums whenever they wish to, while at the same time keeping busy in a variety of side projects.
 

Overhaul releases music video for new single “Saudade”

Alternative romantic metal band Overhaul will release six new digital singles over the second half of 2019. The first single, called “Saudade”, is released on September 6th together with a videoclip. The song reflects on a past relationship of lead vocalist Samuel de Vries.

Tool announces Fall 2019 North American Headlining Tour

“Fear Inoculum”, Tool’s fifth studio album and 2019’s most anticipated release, is available now. Listen here.

The news arrives as the band announces a six-week North American tour, launching the trek on Oct. 13 at the Aftershock Festival. Tickets are on-sale Sept. 6 at 10 am local time, with a limited number of tickets will be available to Tool Army members on Sept. 4.

Somehow Jo to release new studio album “Tusk” on November 22nd 2019

Finnish prog-alt metal weirdness Somehow Jo has released a new single from their upcoming album and it sounds truly remarkable! The just released single carries the name “Mad Town” and it combines progressive and alternative influences of metal music. With this news single the band has come up with an innovative version of making modern metal music.

The upcoming “Tusk” album is the second release of these Finnish talents and it is released on November 22nd, 2019, via Inverse Records.
 

Last Union release music video for new single “Most Beautiful Day”

Italian progressive metal band, Last Union have released a new music video and single for “Most Beautiful Day”, featuring Mike LePond (Symphony X) on bass and Uli Kusch (ex-Helloween, ex-Masterplan) on drums.

The track is taken from their debut album “Twelve”, which also features Dream Theater vocalist James LaBrie on three songs, and will be released on December 21st, 2018, through ROAR! Rock Of Angels Records.

Italian progressive metal band, Last Union, feat. as guest Dream Theater vocalist James LaBrie, have released a new single and music video for “President Evil”.

The track is taken from their debut album “Twelve”, which also features Mike LePond (Symphony X) on bass, Uli Kusch (ex-Helloween, ex-Masterplan) on drums, will be releaed on December 21st, 2018, through ROAR! Rock Of Angels Records.

The effort was mixed and mastered by Jens Bogren, best known for his work with Ach Enemy, Symphony X, Devin Townsend, Angra and Opeth, to name a few.

Soen to release new studio album “Lotus” on February 1st 2019

On February 1st, 2019, Swedish-based progressive metal group, Soen, will release their fourth album, “Lotus”, via Silver Lining Music with preorders available on November 16th.
