On February 12th, Ripple Music will give worldwide release to the self-titled debut album from Dallas-born heavy rock trio Mothership.
 
Ten years on from the debut album "The Music That Died Alone" THE TANGENT will release their 7th Studio Album "Le Sacre Du Travail" for Insideout Music in the summer of 2013. Their new album is an electric symphonia by Andy Tillison. 
 
Finnish masters of melacholic dark metal, AMORPHIS, have announced the title of the band's upcoming album.
 
The 11th AMORPHIS album will be entitled “Circle” and is set to be released April 19, 2013 via Nuclear Blast.

On Friday 22nd February, inakustik will release a compilation of three rare and previously unreleased German concerts recorded and filmed in 1989, 1995 and 2000, from the Canadian blues rock guitarist, Jeff Healey.
 
Entitled “Jeff Healey - As The Years Go Passing By: Live in Germany 1989 - 1995 - 2000”, the concerts will be released as a 3 CD-set, and as a Deluxe Edition 3CD + 2DVD. The latter includes an extensive booklet featuring contributions from the participating musicians, plus rare photos.
 
Prepare for a thrashing with the return of COLDSTEEL! New EP "America Idle" breaks the 20-year hiatus of this New York City Underground Thrash Metal band. "America Idle" will be released on February 20th on Stormspell Records. Conceptually, "America Idle" expresses current societal anxiety and proclaims an anthem to rouse the unbreakable spirit of America.
 
Melodic Metallers FIREWIND have announced Kelly Sundown Carpenter (Darkology, Outworld, Adagio, Beyond Twilight etc.) as new vocalist for their upcoming North American touring activities, after longterm vocalist Apollo Papathanasio parted ways with the band. Even though Papathanasio has been temporarily replaced for some touring activities in the past, he has appeared on all FIREWIND releases since 2006’s “Allegiance” album and the band’s upcoming live-album will feature recordings from his recent final shows with the group.

A while ago, restless Finnish folk metal pioneers KORPIKLAANI announced the first dates of their upcoming “Manala European Tour 2013”, starting end of January, with support coming from Estonian fellow folk metallers METSATÖLL.
 
Now it’s time to unveil more cities that will get the chance to follow the sextet to the wondrous realms of Manala, the underworld in Finnish mythology – on the second tour leg in April! Check out the dates below.
